KATRINA’S BIG LOSS: Loses brand campaign to Kriti Sanon
Just when the actress is trying to rebuild her career, she has been dealt a bad hand
2016 isn’t shaping up to be the best year for Katrina Kaif. The actress had a heartbreak in January when Ranbir Kapoor and she parted ways after a five-year long relationship. Even her professional life isn’t looking promising, with few film offers in her kitty.
Now the actress has suffered another blow.

Hushed whispers have reached SpotboyE.com that Katrina, who was the brand ambassador of a clothing line, has been replaced by Kriti Sanon. Interestingly, Varun Dhawan who endorses the men’s clothing line of the same brand, has been retained – but Kat’s contract hasn’t been renewed.
We hear, the brand officials were keen to have a ‘younger face’ on board and hence, roped in Kriti. A formal announcement is expected soon.

This is yet another downer for Katrina, who has been trying to bounce back professionally. News doing the rounds in the industry is that she will be doing Aanand L Rai’s film opposite Shah Rukh Khan (Katrina finalised opposite SRK in Aanand L Rai’s film, May 5) but an official confirmation is awaited. From having umpteen meetings with Karan Johar to catching up with Shah Rukh Khan (Katrina pays late-night visit to Shah Rukh Khan, Jun 5), the actress has been trying her best to get back in the game.
